Blogrush a waste of time?

Here is a very informative video from Jim Kukral. In it he states that blogrush is a waste of time for bloggers with low traffic. Basically, blogrush is being used as a tool to gether information for another product that will be launched down the line. Even John Chows name is mentioned. Give it a watch and tell me what you think.
